On the day before Hurricane Sandy hit New Jersey, Heather & Terence tied the knot in the blustering wind on a lake beside their family and friends. After many crossed fingers & toes, the rain held off until the following day, allowing these two to have their big plans come together beautifully.

Autumn leaves covered the ground and Heather’s stunning wildflower bouquet added vibrant color to the grey skies above. Everyone danced all night long, enjoying the love between the newly weds and forgetting, even if it were for one night, what mother nature had coming our way. Heather’s adorable handmade blush flower in her hair added a touch of girly romance, whereas Terence’s handmade bow tie and his Green Bay Packers backwards hat brought out his playful personality. They fed off each others energy and stayed true to who they were as people, which I always appreciate.

Thank you both! Shawn and I had a ridiculously good time capturing your love story. You kept us laughing, you never stopped dancing and you never left each others side, and that to us, is the most important thing of all.
