If I could photograph beautiful food all day long, I would. I had the honor of photographing Pat Trama in his element, with ingredients from the garden, fine Italian specialties and the best damn Brooklyn bread you could ever crunch on. I wish him & Laura the best of luck at their new (and gorgeous) location at the Driftwood in Sea Bright, NJ. If you haven’t had the pleasure of dining there, I highly recommend it.
